When the website is loaded, the browser sends technical data to the servers that deliver it. This includes the IP address, browser type, the requested page and the time of the request. The hosting and content delivery providers record this data in server logs.

This data is used only to deliver the website and to protect it against abuse and attacks. DMOB does not use it to identify or profile visitors. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website loads the Space Grotesk typeface from Google Fonts. As a result, the visitor's IP address is sent to Google when a page is displayed. The legal basis is the same legitimate interest in delivering the website.

When you write to the email address published on the website, DMOB receives your email address, name and any other information included in the message. This data is used to reply to your request and, where the message concerns a potential engagement, to take steps before entering into a contract.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other messages, legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing this data is voluntary.

The website does not use analytics, advertising, social media plugins or similar tracking technologies. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

The only cookie set is __cf_bm, placed by Cloudflare on dmob.ro and digitalmob.ro. It is used to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic and to protect the website against abuse. It expires after 30 minutes and is not used for tracking or advertising.

This cookie is strictly necessary for the security of the website and therefore does not require consent (Art. 4(6) of Law 506/2004). The website does not store any other data in the browser.

These providers process data on behalf of DMOB or under their own terms of service. DMOB does not sell, rent or share personal data for marketing purposes.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data there. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
